Story: Ineta (Perfumographer) đ¸

An interview with Ineta (IG: perfumographer). âPerfumes, to me, are like little bottles of self-expression.â Years in Barcelona drew her into niche perfumery. She distinguishes between âniche wearableâ and âniche artâ â the latter being pieces you admire knowing youâd probably never wear them, like Akelarre by NBitor, inspired by Goyaâs darkest work. Recent finds: Bruno Acamporaâs Keep On Dancing, Perris Montecarloâs Vanille de Tahiti, and a fast-selling Russian Oud.
Sustainability News đď¸
Ingredient sourcing/processing and packaging are the major COâ sources along the fragrance value chain. A standout innovation: mushroom mycelium packaging from grown.bio â grown from local agricultural waste (hemp), a sustainable alternative to expanded polystyrene. Other innovations: cotton packaging (GraciousMinds), hemp packaging (Mineral Health) and seaweed packaging (Notpla).
